Learn to play the flute! Regardless of age or experience, you can learn to play the flute and find the joy of making music on your own.

Discover your own musical abilities! At the Flute Studio, each person’s innate talent for music is nurtured in a variety of settings: private lessons, class lessons, and Flute Orchestra to name a few, in an open and friendly atmosphere. Lessons are available on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. Flute Orchestra rehearses on Saturday afternoons. Regularly scheduled workshops are available for specific topics.

Measure your progress! Serious students are encouraged to participate in the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music exams, the world's leading provider of graded music exams and assessments. ABRSM exams provided a clear, progressive framework to measure musical development.

Participate in Ensembles! Enjoy the social aspect of music performance by participating in Flute Orchestra or Flute Ensembles. Studio Ensembles have been established at the Charter School of Wilmington and at the Tatnall School.
